CONVERGENT SERVICE DELIVERY AND BILLING
S2V™ for Professional Services is delivered with a sophisticated convergent billing system. It allows, for example, a single client account to have multiple addresses for delivery of the service in multiple countries if required and for either single or multiple paying organisations. Each client can have several locations and can be invoiced for a number of services, including on-site time and materials work, off-site support work, licences, monthly recurring charges, expenses and maintenance.
Utilising this convergent billing functionality, we have implemented systems with one-off charges, pre-payments, maintenance and consulting on a single bill, as well as services as diverse as Telecoms, Gas and Electricity. A further module extension deals with the complex rating of subscription or utility services.
