TITAN Technology Partners Acquires Oasis Software
CHARLOTTE, NC (June 1, 2005) - TITAN Technology Partners has acquired PeopleSoft managed services/hosted solutions provider Oasis Software, located in Brentwood, TN. The acquisition expands TITAN Technology Partners' ability to provide managed services and hosted solutions to Oracle and PeopleSoft customer base. The acquisition significantly enhances the installed base, service offerings and talent with TITAN toward its primary goal of being the elite provider of outsourced solutions. For Oasis Software, the combination offers its clients and employees the advantage of a larger firm, an established Oracle legacy and a flagship offering called SafeCharter™ which provides support for PeopleSoft and JD Edwards software and a road map to the future leaving all paths available.

Phil Ledbetter has been appointed as Senior Vice President of Managed Services/Hosted Solutions and will continue to be based in the Brentwood, TN office. Mr. Ledbetter's primary responsibilities will be to lead the ERP Managed Services and Hosting initiative for TITAN, including SafeCharter™. Prior to joining TITAN Technology Partners, Mr. Ledbetter was a founding partner of Oasis Software and was responsible for the PeopleSoft Hosting and Managed Services division. Prior to founding Oasis, Mr. Ledbetter was an advanced systems engineer with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and was responsible for the development and support of financial systems for Saturn Corporation.
Tim Stofka has been appointed Senior Vice President of PeopleSoft Professional Services and will also continue to be based in the Brentwood, TN office. Mr. Stofka's primary responsibilities will be to develop and manage the PeopleSoft/Oracle business practice along with growing the TITAN SafeCharter™ Initiative. Mr. Stofka brings more then 17 years experience to TITAN. As a founding partner of Oasis Software, he was responsible for the growth and development of Oasis. Prior to founding Oasis, Mr. Stofka was a systems engineer with Electronic Data Systems (EDS) and was responsible for emerging technologies and software support for the Saturn Corporation.
