TITAN Technology Partners Awarded Oracle Application Outsourcing Contract
TITAN Technology Partners has been awarded an outsourcing contract from MCI with an estimated value of $ 20 million over the next 5 years. The contract was the result of a joint effort by MCI and TITAN Technology Partners to provide a comprehensive IT outsourcing solution to Danka Business Systems PLC. TITAN's services include Oracle application management and support as well as all Oracle development work. “Our expertise in planning, building and managing Oracle applications and technologies serves as an ideal compliment to an already extraordinary value proposition offered by MCI” stated Michael Vadini, CEO of TITAN Technology Partners.
As Danka's primary technology provider, MCI will manage all of Danka's core network services, including its IT operations and applications support, wide-area network, local area network, IP services, servers, desktops and phone systems. Under terms of the contract, Danka will transition more than 60 employees to the Ashburn, Virginia-based MCI location and its application support provider, TITAN Technology Partners. Danka said it expects to generate "substantial" annual savings once the agreement is fully implemented.
