TITAN Technology Partners Completes SAS 70 Type II Audit

Charlotte, N.C. (December 28, 2006) – TITAN Technology Partners, a leading provider of enterprise hosted and managed industry solutions, today announced it has successfully completed the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) No.70 Type II audit. The SAS 70 audit assures the company’s clientele that it maintains a consistent, stable and secure environment for the services it provides. Furthermore, the successful completion of a SAS 70 audit satisfies federal regulations including Gramm-Leach-Bliley, Sarbanes-Oxley and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) that require corporations to audit the internal controls of their suppliers.

The SAS 70 Type II report helps TITAN's clients comply with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. The SAS 70 Type II report indicates control objectives specified by TITAN related to hosting and managing customers' enterprise applications have been independently reviewed and tested to ascertain design and operating effectiveness.
