Jewelry Television™ Leverage TITAN Technology Partners’ S2V™ Methodology to Go Live with Human Capital Management Solution in just Four Months
CHARLOTTE, NC (November 12, 2007) – TITAN Technology Partners, a leading provider of enterprise hosted and managed industry solutions announced a successful go-live in just four (4) months using TITAN’s S2V™ implementation methodology at Jewelry Television™. The deployment of TITAN’s Rapid Human Capital Management (HCM) Solution is used to manage over 2,500 employees and enhances Jewelry Television’s™ ability to effectively manage their expanding workforce to provide world class customer service and to enable workforce excellence.
Jewelry Television™ partnered with TITAN to implement their human resources system. TITAN worked with Jewelry Television™ to define a multi-phase approach. The initial phase went live with core human resources; benefits administration, self service capabilities, business intelligence, a bi-directional interface with their payroll vendor; and a custom on-line pay slip and PTO solution.
