Most software vendors offer standard web and
class-room based training for their clients. This is a great introduction and
overview for system administrators. However, once your administrators begin
designing and building an application for your company, they come to realize
that they need additional hands on expertise to tap into.

schedule regular follow-ups. This can take place in the form of on-site visits,

User Training
When getting ready for rollout, end user training is most effective if
customized to your application. Generic training often confuses users
because they are trained on standard courseware materials, and not the
application they will be using. They also may learn functions/features
that are unneeded and don't provide the best value for your time.

for your end users. The benefit is that they are trained on the application that they
