John RobertsChief Financial
Officer
 Mr. Roberts joined TITAN in October 1999 as Vice President
of Consulting, responsible for all consulting services, client
engagement delivery, practice development, and service offerings. He
subsequently served as COO and Secretary, managing the operational
and financial performance of TITAN, including functional
responsibility for technical operations, investor relations, and
outsourced corporate processes. In his current capacity as Chief
Financial Officer, Mr. Roberts is responsible for sound legal,
banking, and accounting functions as well as overall performance
management and coordination. Mr. Roberts has held other career roles
as Vice President of Professional Services with Pomeroy IT Solutions
as well as Senior Managing Partner with PRIMA Consulting, where he
led the Oracle, PeopleSoft, and Data Warehousing practices. Prior to
PRIMA, he served in a variety of IT and management roles within
Milliken & Co.
Mr. Roberts holds B.S. and M.S. degrees
from Clemson University. Undergraduate concentrations include
computer science and business planning with graduate concentrations
in manufacturing systems and business strategy. Mr. Roberts is
active in a variety of professional and philanthropic interests.
