Phil LedbetterSenior Vice President & General
Manager of PeopleSoft Services
 Mr. Ledbetter is responsible for leading TITAN
Technology Partners' PeopleSoft services. He brings over fourteen
years of experience deploying, managing, and hosting PeopleSoft
environments.
Mr. Ledbetter joined TITAN Technology Partners
in 2005 through the acquisition of Oasis Software, a provider of
PeopleSoft Hosted and Managed Services which he co-founded in 1995
and served as the partner responsible for the Hosting and Managed
Services division. While at Oasis, he played a key role in creating
their PeopleSoft ASP and Managed Services model for delivery. This
model enabled Oasis to provide consistent and measurable support of
the PeopleSoft application. Prior to founding Oasis Software, Mr.
Ledbetter was an advanced systems engineer with Electronic Data
Systems (EDS) where he was responsible for the development and
support of Financial systems for Saturn Corporation.
Mr.
Ledbetter holds a BS degree in Computer Science from Bethel
University. Mr. Ledbetter is also a sought-after speaker on
PeopleSoft-related topics.
